Din takes you inside the Beth Din of America, a rabbinical court serving the Jewish community in the United States. Join BDA dayanim (arbitrators), staff, and guests for conversations about the cases we hear, how a beth din works, and how halacha, together with civil law and commercial practice, is applied to the disputes and life events people bring before it. Along the way, you’ll hear how dayanim deliberate and why careful, transparent reasoning matters to the parties who come before the Beth Din.
